Black Max Diamond Polyurethane Sheeting (High Energy/High Rebound Liners)
Black Max Diamond polyurethane sheets have a higher rebound than our regular Diamondback® polyurethane sheeting material, and in some applications superior wear characteristics in grain handling and aggregate processing facilities. These advanced polyurethane sheets also have better resistance to moisture in facilities that have a damp environment.
This hybrid formulation polyurethane liner improves on the negative characteristics of both ester and ether only based formulations, and also meets the UL-94 HB burn test*, and is thus much safer than standard ether high energy polyurethane liners/high rebound polyurethane liners. Black Max polyurethane sheets are a win-win for those seeking better wearability, longer life due to hydrolysis problems, and less fire hazard.
* Performed by an independent laboratory to UL-94 standards but is not associated with the Underwriters Laboratory.
