Polyurethane pads are manufactured as ether and ester, and typically range in size from 1’ x 1’ to 4’ x 8’ in 12” increments (standard). 

Polyurethane pads with ester formulations are better for wear impact and abrasion, while ether formulations of polyurethane pads are commonly used for applications such as bumpers and gaskets, or in moist/wet environments. 

Polyurethane pads can be waterjet cut into smaller shapes, offer broad application versatility, and can be made in thicknesses up to 4”.  Whether using polyurethane pads for machine vibration dampening and noise abatement, tray liners, material impact, or isolation, polyurethane pads are extremely tough and long lasting, capable of protecting and/or isolating concrete flooring from machinery weighing 100 tons.
