Capabilities
Urethane Selection. Depending on the application of your roller or wheel, we can offer you a wide range of hardness, and compounds from 10A to 75D.
Finishing
We can produce the smallest wheel to rollers extending up to 40" in diameter and lengths to 300" long. Using CNC equipment we can precision grind crowns ( concave or convex), tapers and taper crowns. We also do regrinds, rubber included.
Bonding
All urethane covered surfaces are heavy grit blasted and coated with a bonding agent to optimize bond strength.
Core Building and Repair
Let us build your cores, we are a full service shop from print to finish. We also do journal repair and welding. Let us build spare rollers and wheels to eliminate costly down time.
