Custom Urethane Rods & Tubing

In addition to urethane sheeting and pads, Bailey-Parks offers cast rod and tubing solutions available in nearly any color and durometer, from 5A - 75D.  Solid cast rod comes in 36" lengths, from 1" - 7" in diameter, and can be cut into smaller segments to be used as die strippers, shock absorbers, urethane hammer tips, rollers, bumpers, mounts, and other parts.  We've even seen it used in lieu of a pogo stick spring. If you need a larger diameter or custom length, just let us know.

Urethane tubing is available in a variety of ID/OD combinations, lengths, and ranges in hardness from 5A to 75D.  Standard tubing material length is 36”. Urethane Tubes are commonly used as bushings, die strippers, small conveyor rings, rollers, and gaskets.
