Thermoplastic Blow on Urethane Tubing

Thermoplastic blow-on urethane tubing, one of Bailey Parks' specialties, can be a cost-saving covering solution for conveyors and industrial rollers. Blow-on tubing can also be used to reduce the noise created by these applications.

Our self-bonding, interference-fit TPU covers can be fabricated from FDA and USDA approved materials. Tubing can either be assembled by Bailey-Parks or shipped for customer set-up. Blow-on urethane tubing can be easily installed with an air hose equipped with a special fitting, which Bailey-Parks is happy to provide upon request.

Tubing with 1/16-inch thick walls is available in lengths up to 50 feet; 1/8-inch thick–walled tubing in lengths up to 10 feet.
